    J.P. Morgan brings in former U.K. regulator. Clive Adamson, former head of supervision at the British Financial Conduct Authority, has joined the board of J.P. Morgan’s international bank unit. Adamson left his role at the regulator last December. In his new role, Adamson will have a non-executive directorship on the board, and will act as a regulatory advisor. Financial Times

    BlackRock equity lead jumps to dark pool. Jonathan Clark was appointed president of Luminex Trading & Analytics, a dark-pool operator, effective August 1. Clark is currently co-head of equity trading for the Americas at BlackRock. Luminex was formed in early 2015 by nine asset managers including BlackRock. Reuters
