People Moves: Brevan Howard poaches from RBS in US; Citi steals from Deutsche

Brevan Howard adds to New York team. London-based Brevan Howard has hired Michael Lyublinksy and Scott Eichel for its New York office. Lyublinsky comes to the firm from RBS where he worked as the global head of trading. Eichel previously ran securitized products and U.S. credit at RBS. RBS announced earlier this year that it would be downsizing in the U.S. Business Insider

Citigroup steals Deutsche execs. Citigroup has hired two from Deutsche Bank’s hedge fund serving unit. Simon Kempton left his role as Deutsche’s head of international prime brokerage to become Citi’s head of prime finance in Europe. Daniel Caplan also left Deutsche, where he worked as European head of global prime finance, to become Citi’s EMEA head of investor services sales. Financial Times
